Potting & Care Guidelines
- Please don’t use fertilized soil for initial potting
- Use a smaller container for initial potting ( 5 to 6 inch pot or cover as per the plant size), use of bigger size pot will cause over watering and root rotting issues
- Don’t remove the soil around the root portion
- Use soil, cocopeat(or sand) in 2:1 ratio( *don’t use any other fertilizers* )
- Water the plants and keep them in shade with enough indirect light
- When the plant shows new growth(After 3 to 4 weeks),you can repot them to bigger pots or on the ground with enough fertilized soil, without disturbing the roots
- Over watering will kill your plants. So water them only once the top soil start to dry
- Don't keep them in dark area. Keep them in a space with enough indirect sunlight.

Collecting the package from the courier office is the responsibility of the customer. Courier services may or may not have home delivery. Product damage because of delayed collection is not our responsibility. We wont refund/replace in such circumstances.

Kerala - within 2 Days after dispatch
Other South Indian States - 3 to 4 working Days after dispatch
North Indian States - 4 to 6 working Days after dispatch

Please share the pictures/videos of items received on the day of delivery to our email info@homelyfeelgardens.com on the day of delivery, this is mandatory for refund/replacement requests.
Some items may be wrapped/tied together, So please check thoroughly to confirm the number of items received.
We will refund/replace the items only if,
1.The items reached in damaged condition.
2.If packed wrong items.
3. If the items ordered are missing in the box.

The Customer should send the pictures/Videos of the plants received on the day of delivery to our email info@homelyfeelgardens.com for refund/replacement claims. We will not accept any claims if you haven't shared the pictures.
We will refund/replace the products if any of the items ordered are missing or if you receive the wrong products.
