Refund/Replace Policy

Please share the pictures/videos of items received on the day of delivery to our email info@homelyfeelgardens.com on the day of delivery, this is mandatory for refund/replacement requests.

Some items may be wrapped/tied together, So please check thoroughly to confirm the number of items received. 

We will refund/replace the items only if,

1.The items reached in damaged condition.

2.If packed wrong items.

3. If the items ordered are missing in the box.

Any damages because of late delivery due to incorrect address/incorrect or invalid contact number/not answering the call from courier office/not collecting the package on time , is not acceptable and we don't refund/replace in such situations.
