Refund/Replace Policy

Please share the pictures/videos of items received on the day of delivery to our email info@homelyfeelgardens.com or Whatsap 7736573708 on the day of delivery, this is mandatory for refund/replacement requests.

❇️Some items may be wrapped/tied together, So please check thoroughly to confirm the number of items received. 

❇️We will refund/replace the items only if,

1.The items reached in died condition.

2.If packed wrong items.

3. If the items ordered are missing in the box.

❇️Any damages because of late delivery due to incorrect address/incorrect or invalid contact number/not answering the call from courier office/not collecting the package on time , is not acceptable and we don't refund/replace in such situations.

❇️We wont be able to refund/replace if the plants die after repotting the plants.

❇️Please follow our potting and care guidelines in the website.
